Up, Up, and Away

So yesterday, I went to my cousins house for the holiday. They have this thing in their backyard that allows me to bounce up to the moon.

Out with the OLD in with the NEW!

I'm a brand new man and my page has been reborn!! I thought that it was time for a change to spice some things up because things were getting boring around here. Daddy spent a few hours on this new page for me today and I think it looks mighty cool! I liked it so much that I crawled up on a chair next to him and pointed at my page and said, "Ball!" about 60 times in a row!!! So what do you think?!

A Floating Ball?!

The above video is me playing with my floating ball! I call it a ball, but Mommy says it isn't really a ball, but a balloon. I think she's just nuts. It looks round to me!

I love to drink out of Mommy and Daddy's glasses whenever I can reach them! This morning, Mommy was drinking some milk in a big glass and I had my old, usual, sippy cup. I drank hers instead! Mommy made a promise to me right there that for lunch today, I could drink out of a big boy cup..... This is what she gave me! Now, this cup was a gift from Grandpa Doug and Grandma Donita a long time ago when I was too little to use it, but I did so good! Mommy said I can use it whenever I am in my chair at the table! It even says my name on it!

This is me after my nap on Saturday afternoon. I wasn't tired anymore, but I wanted to lay on the couch with Daddy while he napped because I miss him so much all the time now that he is gone during the weeks.

Showing Off My Face!

Today during lunch, Mommy was being soooo silly! She was making faces at me and making me laugh with my spaghetti face! I was laughing really hard and I couldn't even keep my eyes open! The video below was after my laugh attack (I wasn't about ready to let Mommy record me doing that!) But, I am showing off my skills. What can I say, I think I'm a pretty smart kid!

Yesterday Mommy had to go in and take her final test for school this semester. YAY Mommy. But, that meant that I had to go to daycare for a couple of hours. I had lots of fun playing with the other kids and came home COVERED in sand because we got to play outside. The daycare lady said that on the playground she had to keep me away from the ladders because I was trying to climb and she got scared because, she thought I was too little.

Too little??? Me, too little?! I don't think so!
Because I had to go to daycare in the middle of my nap, Mommy took a chance and kept me awake for the afternoon. When 5:30 came around, I was zonked out on the couch. Mommy thinks that I am so cute when I am sleeping. I may be old enough to climb huge ladders, but I am still a man who needs an afternoon nap!

I Did an "Uh-Oh"

Okay, I know I told you that I would post some neat stuff, but I did an "uh-oh". About 2 weeks ago Daddy and Mommy noticed our memory card for the camera missing, so they had to use their back-up card..... Then about a week ago, it went missing too! After hours of searching and not finding, Daddy and Mommy ended up blaming me saying, "Eli must have hidden it somewhere." Well, sure enough, on Friday afternoon Mommy saw some puzzle peices sticking out of an air vent upstairs. When she unscrewed the vent to get into it and retrieve my puzzle peices, she found the 2 memory cards that I had mischieviously hidden at different times over the last couple weeks. That is why there were no pictures or updates of me! Mommy couldn't take my picture anymore! Now that we have the memory cards, we will post more often!

Happy Mommy's day to all the Mommy's out there! We ate lunch at the Olive Garden yesterday since today would be crowded and Daddy had to leave for the week for his class again.
