Smiling Fake

Uh-oh..... That's what Mommy says. Look at my "fake" smile. I used to smile so well, now when she says, "Eli, smile!" I get really sarcastic. I say its a winning smile! May as well put me in commercials and put this face on the front of Cheerio boxes across the country. Well, at least Mommy thinks I'm cute.
Well, now that I am nearly 2 1/2, my favorite things are going to the park, going for walks and playing golf. The other weekend Daddy took me to the driving range and I was hitting some balls around. Come to find out that a pro golfer had been watching me and said that I am truely better than Tiger Woods was at my age! Mommy says that Daddy should just retire now and live off of me from now on. My favorite foods are hot dogs, salad, any kind of fruit, and of course, candy. I am a big talker and a huge trouble maker yet, adorable!

Patty Cake, Patty Cake

The other night Jaydlie and I were rolling around on the floor playing and I decided that I wanted to play patty cake with her. Watch the video. Mommy says it's "SUPER CUTE!"

I Made Pancakes!!!

This morning, I got up bright and early and Daddy decided that we should make pancakes for breakfast! Only, I got to do most of it all by myself. This is me mixing the batter in the bowl.
I even got to help pour the batter into the pan and wait to flip them. Daddy helped do the flipping.

After they got done, I scooped them up and put them on the plate. I didn't even drop a single one!! After we were all done, we got to eat them. Mommy came downstairs and I shouted, "Pancakes!" I was so proud of myself and had such pride in my own cooking, that I ate everything on my plate! Those who know me know my eating habits and that it is pretty darn good for me to eat a full meal like that!

Superman!

Tonight when Daddy put my jammies on, I got to pretend that I was Superman! I came running out of my room saying, "Superman, Mommy!" When Mommy saw me she laughed really hard and grabbed the camera. Little did she know that I would NOT let her take off my "outfit." Guess I will be sleeping in this tonight!

Me and Grandma are Angels!

A couple of days before we had to go bye-bye from Kansas City, I got to go out and play in all the snow!
Grandma played me out in the cold and I discovered that I really like to throw the snow all over the place!
My favorite part was when Grandma showed me how to make a snow angel! I caught on really fast.

I didn't even want to go inside!

Christmas Day

When we got up on Christmas morning, I noticed that Santa had eaten all of the cookies that I made for him! After a family photo, we went to open the gifts that Santa left for me and Jaydlie.

I got lots of Thomas the Tank things. A flashlight, a take-n-go train, a whistle and go train, a plate and bowl set....And guess what?! Uncle Chris got me a really cool big train track that is Thomas! I've played with it since we've been back in CA, and I really like it a lot!

I had a really great Christmas at Grandpa and Grandma's house!
