Caillou

My favorite show is Caillou. This is a picture of me watching Caillou this morning. I like to sit in my brand new chair that Grandpa Doug and Grandma Donita bought for me for my birthday this year! In the video I am singing along with the Caillou song, if you listen hard you can hear me sing "Caillou" in all the right places and do the big ending and put my hands up and say, "that's me" just like Caillou does it on the TV.

It's Raining, It's Pouring!!!!!

Yay!!! Finally, I got to see rain again. I am not joking at all when I say that it has not rained here since last July. July 4th to be exact. It was sooooo exciting when it started pouring yesterday! It rained so hard that power went out! Grandma, Mommy, Aunt Traci and Jaydlie were out shopping and missed the rain here, but Grandpa was telling them about the crazy people in my neighborhood that were running around in the rain with their clothes on! We even saw people laying down by the gutters in their clothes! People go nuts here when it does rain since it rarely does.

Hello!

Hi everybody.... Well, it's been pretty boring around here lately. We haven't been going very many places because it is sooooo hot outside, and Jayde is still little. However, we did go down to meet my cousins for dinner a couple of days ago and that was fun! This is the picture that Grandma took of me sitting at the table after we were done eating. I like Grandma being here, and for the first time yesterday I finally said, "Grandma!" Daddy and Grandma were so happy that I did. I said, "I love Grandma!" Now everyone wants me to say Jayde, but I will do that in my own time as well.

I have been a pretty good boy lately with my baby sister. I am getting used to her, and I still like to kiss her and I am getting more gentle with her. I like to hold her and be nice to her. Today at lunch, I even tried to share my french fries with her! But, Mommy said no, and that Jaydlie doesn't like french fries! Well, I will update soon with some more pictures when something exciting happens!

I'm the Bodyguard

Here is a picture of me from last night, when baby Jayde was drinking from a bottle. We don't get to help very often, because Mommy feeds her all the time, but this time I got to help! I did pretty good too!

A New Swimming Pool!

Yesterday afternoon, we found out that a new pool opened by our house! Daddy and me and Grandma Donita went to check it out! I really liked the water a lot. I even got to jump in and let Grandma and Daddy catch me!

I even dunked my head under water a few times and didn't think it was too bad!

I am so glad we were able to go swimming, and I hope we get to go back soon!

Happy 4th of July!

Last night for the 4th of July, Grandma, Daddy and me went to the top of the hill behind our house to watch the fireworks! I was really antsy waiting for the them to start, but once they did, I liked them a lot. I liked to tell everyone how "pretty" they were and point to them! Mommy and Jayde were able to come out for the last part of the show too.

Today after lunch, we all went to the store and looked at toys! We saw this really cool basketball hoop and ball that Grandma wanted to buy for me. I came home to go night-night and when I woke up, I got to play with it! I was so good at making the hoops, that Daddy even had to raise it a notch to challenge me!


Also, in the last few days, I have started saying a few new words. They are banana, truck and apple!

Baby!

I have a new baby sister! Although the last few days have been kind of busy, I am still adjusting to having a new baby in my house. She's pretty cute, but she takes a lot of attention!

The picture to the right is the day Jaydlie came home from the hospital (Sunday). Mommy says that my sister makes me look really big since she is so small!

Being at the hospital for 3 days is hard work for a kid like me. Here are some pictures of us in the hospital. Thankfully, Grandma Donita made it in time for Jayde to get here and so she has been helping taking care of me and helping out Daddy and Mommy. I like to kiss Jaydlie all the time and hold her hands. She goes night-night a lot, so no playing yet....
