SWIMMING!!!

Yesterday we went swimming for the first time this season! Mommy caked on the sunscreen and she did a great job because JJ and I didn't even get one bit pink! We stayed for about an hour and then left. But, guess what? Mommy got burned! She wanted a little tan, so she didn't use the sunscreen. Bad Mommy. It was OVER 100 degrees yesterday!!
I'll admit, I was a little scared of the water at first, and didn't like it when Daddy and Mommy would try to let go of me, I had to wrap my legs around them or I thought I was going to fall! Then, Daddy let me piggy back on him and I LOVED doing that!

"I Brokeded the TV"

This is not something that Daddy and Mommy are very happy about. They bought this really nice TV back in November, but I just broke it. Unfortunately, Mommy says that insurance doesn't cover abuse... Mommy left the room for about 8 minutes to go and take a shower, like she does every afternoon during Jaydlie's naptime. I have quiet time and watch Caillou. Well, this day, I decided to get up and play golf.
Mommy guessed that I hit the screen with my plastic golf club, but I told her that I hit the plastic ball and that the ball broke the TV.

I feel really bad about it, and Daddy and Mommy have forgiven me. I still say every once in awhile, "I sorry I brokeded the TV...."

I'm in a Rock Band!

One of my favorite things to do now is get into the tupperware and pull out some spoons so that I can pretend like they are drums! I say, "I'm in a rock band!" Grandma Donita got a really good picture of me "rocking". (I will post it soon, but it's not on this computer).

Well, a couple of days ago, Mommy decided to give me a mohawk since I am in a rock band! I thought she was being silly.

Car Wash!

This is Daddy and I having fun washing the new car! I haven't posted pictures yet, so here they are! We really like the new SUV. Mommy says that I can't drive it yet, because I'm too little. I guess I'll have to be happy with just washing it for now!

Riding the Carousel!

Last night after dinner, since I was so well behaved, Daddy and Mommy let me ride the carousel! It was so much fun, and even Jaydlie rode the horses with me! For dinner, Mommy asked if I wanted to eat fish and I said, "YES! Fish and salad!" So when the fish came to the table, I asked, "Where's my fish?" I thought I was getting goldfish crackers! Mommy felt bad for confusing me, but Daddy tried to make me feel better by saying, "Eli you're eating a BIG fish for dinner!" Then I got excited and said, "YES! I'm eating a SHARK!" Daddy and Mommy thought it was so funny that I kept saying I was eating a shark for dinner. The picture below is me holding JJ's hand in the car. I was sitting in the middle and held her hand the whole time we were in the car on our 30 minute drive! I love her so much.
