We went to the beach to play before we went to see my brand new cousin! I really liked the water and wasn't scared at all. This was the first time I ever got to play in the ocean! I liked to walk in the water and get my shorts wet.
Daddy stayed really close to me so that I wouldn't fall into the water. One of my favorite things was to dig my toes underneath the sand.
This is me and Mommy. Mommy was trying not to get wet because we were going over to my cousin's house later and she didn't want to ruin her outfit. However, she got in a little deep and her shoe got stuck in the sand! When she pulled her foot out, the ocean stole her shoe and started taking it out to sea! She about dove for it, but not wanting to fall in she yelled for Daddy, who was with me back on the shore, to help her retrieve her shoe. Daddy ran after it and it got pretty far away when a man swimming caught it and gave it to Daddy. It was really funny. After that, Mommy just took her shoes off completely!
