Happy Fourth of July everybody! For me, yesterday was a long day! Daddy and Mommy and me all went to my friend Rileys, house for a BBQ. I played really hard for about 4 hours then we came home to eat dinner before fireworks. We went back to Daddy's work for fireworks and I was so busy playing, I didn't even want to watch the show! Mommy and Daddy were dissapointed that I was not paying attention to the fireworks, but maybe I will next year. By the time we got back home, I had zonked out in the car and all I wanted to do was go to bed!
Daddy and Mommy tried getting pictures of me in front of the fireworks, but the fireworks didn't show up very well. So, these are pictures of us waiting for them to start when we were playing on the blanket in the grass.

Oh, boy! Playing hard sure does wear a guy out, doesn't it? Sounds like you had a lot of fun for your first 4th of July.
Grandma and me watched the neighborhood fireworks from our deck. Wowee! Since they made them legal in our town this year, EVERYBODY was shooting 'em off. It was soooo noisy, we found out we don't have bad doggies ..... we have scaredy cats. Two little wimps.
